Simultaneously led, designed, and implemented multiple successful mineral processing projects - worth more than $1 M.

  • Designed and conducted laboratory and pilot projects utilizing the design of experiment tools to optimize process variables, improve efficiency, and enhance metal recoveries.

  • Strong experience in innovation, invention, and engineering principles to improve existing products or develop and innovate new products and services in the minerals processing industry

  • Planned, designed, and scheduled phases for large projects. Designed and implemented complex industry-focused research projects like novel reagent testing, preg-rob characterization, carbon and sulfur characterization, total carbonaceous material passivation, and lithium processing.

  • Developed and implemented a novel method for distinguishing between organic carbon and carbonate carbon in ores, leading to improved accuracy in carbon measurements.
